APPROVING THE INCREASE OF CERTAIN LLDA FEES AND CHARGE

 

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 197, issued on January 13, 2000, directed all departments, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices and instrumentalities of the national government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, to increase their rates of fees and charges by not less than twenty percent (20%); 

WHEREAS, the LLDA undertook a thorough study to determine the percentage of increase based on the actual cost of services rendered, cost of supplies and materials used including chemicals and reagents, and maintenance and operating cost of equipment;

WHEREAS, the study shows the need to increase the fees and charges except those awaiting result of study on water pricing being conducted;

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to approve the increase of certain LLDA fees and charges as enumerated hereunder:
