Conducts inspection on industrial/commercial establishments and developmental activities in terms of solid waste, hazardous wastes, hospital wastes and those not covered by the Water and Air Quality Management Unit;

Evaluates technical/environmental programs/proposals/projects and feasibility studies endorsed to the Division;

Assists in the evaluation of existing LLDA environmental policies and regulations being implemented by Division and makes appropriate recommendations/formulate policy;

Assists in the implementation of River Rehabilitation Program of the LLDA;

Assists in the evaluation of  the Environmental User Fee System (EUFS).
