January 27, 2012 -- Adviser for Environmental Protection, Secretary Neric Acosta, issued a Cease and Desist Order (CDO) to McDonald’s Frontera Verde, Pasig branch and to King Sue Ham and Sausage Co., Inc. after the two establishments have continuously discharged wastewater without conforming to the approved effluent standards set by law.
