In the interest of the service, it is hereby ordered that the Result of Laboratory Analysis (ROLA) of samples taken by the Pollution Control Division (PCD) from firms/entities with cases pending before the Public Hearing Committee and forwarded to Environmental Quality Management Division (EQMD) for evaluation and analysis be transmitted within forty-eight (48) hours, directly from the EQMD to the Legal Division, copy furnished PCD.
