Special Concerns Division (CMSS)

 

 

  • Coordinates the activities of the Committee created to review and evaluate the implementation of the 1996 Zoning and Management Plan (ZOMAP)

  • Designs the system and procedures in the implementation of the ferry operation and the use/occupancy of the shoreland areas.

  • Implements the policies, rules and regulations for the operation of the ferry system and use of the shoreland in the Laguna de Bay.

  • Recommends remedial measures if deemed necessary in order to protect the interest of the Authority on concerns related to the above mentioned.

  • Serves as a clearing house for all activities pertaining to ferry system and lakeshore issues.

Corporate Management and Services Staff (CMSS)

 

 

Maintains effective implementation of the Authority's operational and information systems and monitors all corporate units/projects' performance to provide management control to safeguard LLDA's corporate resources.
